Starting at 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays June 20, July 4 and 18, August1 and 8 and September 12, guided tours led by a museologist-geographer invite walkers to discover the Westwood circuit in a new way, as a living landscape where nature, history and human presence meet.

See the territory differently

This free activity will give participants the chance to decode the circuit’s different landscapes by interpreting them from multiple points of view: geological, temporal, ecological, agricultural and cultural. It is not just about learning facts, but understanding how a territory invents itself, transforms itself and carries the memory of those who shaped it. From colonial traces to restored forests, from fallow fields to flowering meadows, each visible element tells a wider story, that of a territory in continuous conversation with the living, the historical and the human.

At the end of the visit, participants won’t leave with a simple list of information, but with a new posture: that of an observer capable of seeing beyond appearances, identifying the forces at work in the landscape and grasping what is at stake.
