Auction of objects from the Sutton Museum on November 15, 2020

Organized in collaboration with la Maison des encans de Montréal (Montreal Auction House), an online sale of numerous objects from the Sutton Museum of Communications and History will take place on Sunday, November 15, starting at 7 p.m. on the site: https://www.jakibi.com/buyer (click on Sutton Museum).

This Dutch auction is a reverse auction: during the live auction, the more time passes, the lower the price! So, you can wait, but then you run the risk of having the lot stolen from you. You can also as of now pre-bid according to the maximum amount displayed. If no one bets higher than you during the live auction, you will win the lot.

A total of 147 lots are on sale as part of the reorganization of the Museum’s inventory. The majority of these objects come from the large collection donated to the Town by one of its citizens, Mr. Edmund Eberdt, in 1998.
