Maintaining the closure of the Town Hall to the public

Due to the health instructions received from the Quebec Public Health since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town Hall unfortunately had to close its doors to visitors and reorganize all its services accordingly.

For several months, some of the staff have been working from their homes, while another go to offices without interrupting or hindering the smooth running of municipal activities. Citizens have never ceased to have access to various services by phone, email and mail. In-person appointments can also be granted depending on requirements (oath, call for tenders, etc.), but strict compliance with sanitary measures remains in place. In recent days, an intercom has also been installed at the front door of the Town Hall to make it easier for the receptionist and visitors to communicate.

These precautionary procedures have always aimed to protect both citizens and town employees so that municipal services, considered essential, are never interrupted.
