They can be registered for one or more weeks, or for the entire summer. Once a week, an outdoor outing is organized.<\/p>\n<p>The Town of Sutton&#8217;s day camp follows the guidelines established by the Quebec Camps Association. It is proud to once again be recognized as a &#8220;Compliant Municipal Day Camp&#8221; for the year 2026!<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/ACQ_CJMC_Marine_2026-scaled.png\" alt=\"ACQ_CJMC_Marine_2026\" height=\"542\" width=\"2048\" title=\"ACQ_CJMC_Marine_2026\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tLocation, Dates, and Schedule\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The municipal day camp takes place every year from late June to mid-August at Goyette-Hill Park.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>The schedule is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., <\/strong>with the option of registering your child for <strong>daycare from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and\/or from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tTarification 2026\t<\/h2>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tDay Camp Fee from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Weekly Fees<\/p>\n\t<p>Residents and Property Owners<\/p>\n\t<p>Non-Residents<\/p>\n\t<p>FirstChild<\/p>\n\t<p>$91<\/p>\n\t<p>$145<\/p>\n\t<p>SecondChild*<\/p>\n\t<p>$84,50<\/p>\n\t<p>$145<\/p>\n\t<p>Each Additional Child*<\/p>\n\t<p>$78<\/p>\n\t<p>$145<\/p>\n\t<p>*To qualify for the discount applicable to the secondchild or any additional children, registrations must be made at the same time on the same invoice.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\t\tFee for childcare services from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and\/or from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.\t<\/h4>\n\t<p>Weekly Fees<\/p>\n\t<p>Residents and Property Owners<\/p>\n\t<p>Non-Residents<\/p>\n\t<p>From 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.<\/p>\n\t<p>$21<\/p>\n\t<p>$42<\/p>\n\t<p>From 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n\t<p>$21<\/p>\n\t<p>$42<\/p>\n\t<p>*To qualify for the discount applicable to the secondchild or any additional children, registrations must be made at the same time on the same invoice.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tCancellation Policy and Applicable Fees\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>In the event of a cancellation of registration for a municipal activity, the Town of Sutton&#8217;s cancellation policy applies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tSee the Cancellation Policy \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Cancellation Policy and Applicable Fees<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a cancellation of registration for a municipal activity, the Town of Sutton will apply the terms set out in By-law 349 establishing the fee schedule for funding certain goods, services or activities of the Town for the year 2026:<\/p>\n<h4>Chapter IV &#8211; Recreation, Community Life and Culture Department | Section VIII &#8211; Refund Terms<\/h4>\n<p>ARTICLE 80 &#8211; The following terms and conditions, plus administrative fees, are applied when requesting reimbursement under sections I to III of this chapter and article 76:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation more than one (1) week before the start of the activity or (for Sections II and III) before the start of the season, or with written proof from a doctor for medical reasons: 100% refund<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation one (1) week or less before the start of the activity or (for Sections II and III) before the start of the season: 50% refund<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation after the start of the activity or (for sections II and III) the season: 0% refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>CHAPTER VII Other Terms<\/h4>\n<p>When mentioned in this by-law, or in any other municipal by-law, the applicable administrative fees represent 15% of the total cost of the stated fees or rates.<\/p>\n<p>GST and QST are added where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Fee are charged when a cheque or other payment order is submitted to the Town and is refused by the drawee due to insufficient funds: $55<\/p>\n<p>Please note: no refunds will be issued for cancellation of a class due to weather or any situation beyond the Town&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tRegistrations\t<\/h2>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tRegistration Procedure \t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Day camp registrations are done online through the Acc\u00e8sLoisirs platform.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/en\/online-services\/registration-for-recreational-activities\/\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"    rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tRegistration for Leisure Activities (Acc\u00e8sLoisirs)\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tSupport program for children with special needs\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The support program is available for children with special needs, aiming to integrate and include them in the regular municipal day camp programming. This service is offered primarily to resident children with special needs who require assistance with integration. <\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tSwimming Lessons During Day Camp\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>To register a child for swimming lessons during day camp has changed this year, the child must be registered <strong>for 6 weeks or more at day camp<\/strong>, and additional fees apply.
