{"id":106427,"date":"2025-09-14T14:16:47","date_gmt":"2025-09-14T18:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/application-for-financial-support-for-2026-projects\/"},"modified":"2026-07-03T09:22:26","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T13:22:26","slug":"application-for-financial-support-for-projects","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/en\/application-for-financial-support-for-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Application for financial support for 2027 projects"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n<h2>\n\t\t\tGuidelines for project applications\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Projects may be submitted from <strong>August 26 to November 9, 2026<\/strong>, inclusively.<\/p>\n<p>There are three ways to submit a project:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong>: the <a href=\"#formprojet\">form<\/a> and downloaded documents (<a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_BUDGET_PREVISIONNEL_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.xlsx\">budget<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_ECHEANCIER_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.docx\">timeline<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/MODELE_RESOLUTION_CA_PROJET-EN.docx\">Board of Directors&#8217; resolution<\/a>) will be transmitted automatically, and a copy will be sent to the applicant&#8217;s email address.\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>By email<\/strong>: the <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Formulaire_DSF_PROJET_PDF_INT_Reader_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">downloadable form<\/a> in dynamic PDF format must be sent with the attachments (<a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_BUDGET_PREVISIONNEL_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.xlsx\">budget<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_ECHEANCIER_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.docx\">timeline<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/MODELE_RESOLUTION_CA_PROJET-EN.docx\">Board of Directors&#8217; resolution<\/a>) to the email address: <a href=\"mailto:dir.lvc@sutton.ca\">dir.lvc@sutton.ca<\/a>. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent within 48 business hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In person<\/strong>: The <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Formulaire_DSF_PROJET_PDF_PRINT_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">printed form<\/a> and the required documents (<a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_BUDGET_PREVISIONNEL_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.xlsx\">budget<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/MODELE_ECHEANCIER_PROJETS_2027-EN-1.docx\">timeline<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/MODELE_RESOLUTION_CA_PROJET-EN.docx\">Board of Directors&#8217; resolution<\/a>) must be dropped off at the Town Hall reception desk (11 Principale South Street) during business hours or placed in the mailbox located to the right of the front door.
