At any time of the year<\/strong>, you MUST<\/strong> apply for a burning permit whenever you wish<\/p>\n All outdoor fires and fireworks without a permit are subject to a fine.<\/strong><\/p>\n You cannot ask for a permit or make any kind of outdoor fire (open fire, fire with spark arrestors, firework, etc.) if the SOPFEU fire danger index is yellow, orange or red<\/strong> (check below).<\/p>\n Do you know the differences between a fire in an outdoor fireplace and an open-air fire<\/strong>?
