The pipeline corridor is located on private lands that have granted right-of-way easements exclusively for the pipeline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In view of the numerous complaints, the council considered that the use of this corridor by unauthorized vehicles was affecting the safety, tranquility and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining properties. This is why, from now on, the use of an all-terrain vehicle or snowmobile on the gas pipeline right-of-way is prohibited throughout the territory of the Town of Sutton, unless the owner of the land where the right-of-way is located has given his express authorization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barriers and prohibition signs have been installed at the entry points.
