You will also find the <strong>Mayor&#8217;s Report<\/strong> and the <strong>Independent Auditor&#8217;s Financial Report<\/strong> (see links below).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Here are the main points raised in<\/strong> <strong>the mayor&#8217;s report: <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Revenues for 2025 amount to $18,577,276, an increase of 15.04%<\/strong> over the forecast budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This increase was mainly due to land transfer tax revenues exceeding budget by $354,345, higher interest income of $67,517, as well as the sale of land to the Nature Conservancy of Canada and other revenues totalling $1,935,727.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expenses totaled $17,836,399, down 1.61%<\/strong> on budget.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciling items for tax purposes total $1,849,748, leaving <strong>a surplus of $2,590,625 for fiscal 2025<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All <strong>allocated funds and reserves at December 31, 2025 amount to <strong>$5,856,884 <\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The municipality&#8217;s long-term debt totals $11,766,802<\/strong>, an increase of 33.22% compared with 2024.
