{"id":115452,"date":"2026-05-27T16:28:23","date_gmt":"2026-05-27T20:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/?p=115452"},"modified":"2026-05-27T16:29:01","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T20:29:01","slug":"reminder-paving-of-routes-139-and-215-and-maple-street-will-begin-this-monday-june-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/en\/reminder-paving-of-routes-139-and-215-and-maple-street-will-begin-this-monday-june-1\/","title":{"rendered":"REMINDER: Paving of routes 139 and 215 and Maple Street will begin this Monday, June 1!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\"><strong>Location of work<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work will be carried out successively on sections of the following roads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Route 139<\/strong> (Principale Street), between Rivi\u00e8re Street and Western Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Route 215<\/strong> (Academy Street), between Route 139 and Pleasant Street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maple Street<\/strong>, between Route 139 and the ski area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work will be carried out weekdays, <strong>Monday to Friday inclusive, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Traffic will alternate <\/strong>with the presence of escort vehicles and flagmen and flagwomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access to businesses and residences will be maintained<\/strong> at all times during the work. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>speed limit will be reduced<\/strong> during the work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Respecting the signage in place is essential <\/strong>to ensure your safety and that of other workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operations could cause noise, dust and vibrations<\/strong> for residents and shopkeepers in the vicinity of the worksite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Work may be postponed, extended or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or operational constraints.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aware of the repercussions of this work, the Ministry encourages you to plan your trips and thanks you for your understanding.
