Priority treatments<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

For several months now, the team is under a lot of pressure and needs to set priorities. Processing permit and certificate applications remains at the core of its operations<\/strong> and currently consumes the majority of its resources in order to meet the legal obligations associated with these cases. As a result, the processing of certain requests for information, follow-up, or assistance may be delayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We therefore ask you to give priority to the most urgent requests<\/strong>, and to submit complete files<\/strong> to facilitate processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we are allocating additional resources to handle the pre-consultation<\/a> <\/a>period for the Draft By-Laws<\/a> currently under review, which runs through June 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patience and courtesy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We are aware of the inconvenience caused. Steps are being taken to improve the situation and gradually restore an optimum level of service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
