Post strike, we are asking voters to personally verify that they are correctly registered on the electoral list.<\/p>\n<p>There are two ways to do so:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Check online by clicking on the &#8220;<strong>Electoral List<\/strong>&#8221; button: you will need to enter your address, then click on the &#8220;<strong>Am I registered?<\/strong>&#8221; tab, where you will be asked to enter your date of birth;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Come in person to the Town Hall reception, where we will verify your registration on the electoral list.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a Remuneration ranges from $19.35\/h to $24.75\/h, depending on the position held (see the Municipal Elections\/Electoral Staff section on the website). A record of employment will be sent to them at the end of the election period. <\/p>\n<p>As electoral staff members play an important role in managing election operations, they must <strong>refrain from any partisan activity<\/strong> while performing their duties.<\/p>\n\t<p>Before applying as a member of the electoral staff, you must ensure that you <strong>meet the conditions<\/strong> set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/document\/cs\/e-2.2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Act respecting elections and referendums in municipalities<\/em><\/a> , sections 68 et seq. Certain provisions of this Act may prevent you from submitting your application, for example, if you already hold an elected position in another municipality. He ensures that election operations run smoothly, in accordance with the directives issued by the returning officer. <\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>$24.75<\/p>\n\t<p>PRIMO assistant<\/p>\n\t<p>The primo assistant directly assists the primo in supervising electoral operations. He acts as a resource person for members of the electoral team and participates in the logistical, administrative and human management of the polling station. <\/p>\n\t<p>$21.03<\/p>\n\t<p>Deputy returning officer<\/p>\n\t<p>The deputy returning officer is responsible for delivering ballots to voters and supervising the voting process in the voting booth. The deputy returning officer ensures that each voter votes in a confidential and secure manner, and that procedures are strictly adhered to. <\/p>\n\t<p>$24.61<\/p>\n\t<p>Poll clerks<\/p>\n\t<p>The poll clerk works closely with the deputy returning officer. He or she is primarily responsible for keeping the voters&#8217; list up to date, verifying the identity of voters and ensuring the accuracy of administrative information throughout the voting process. <\/p>\n\t<p>$21.51<\/p>\n\t<p>Members of the identity verification panel (IVP)<\/p>\n\t<p>IVP members are responsible for verifying the identity of electors who do not present a recognized piece of identification at the time of voting.
