This platform optimizes registration management and allows you to pay online, if applicable.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/PROG_PRINTEMPS-2026_EN_2026-03-18.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"    rel=\"noopener\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tView the 2026 Spring-Summer Activity Program\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2  id=\"PRSOCCLS\">\n\t\t\tHow to register\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Online registration on the platform <a href=\"https:\/\/mon.accescite.net\/46058\/en-ca\/Home\/Index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e8sCit\u00e9Loisirs<\/a>*.<\/li>\n<li>Pay online with a credit card at the time of registration, or in person (cash or cheque) after registration, at the Town Hall reception desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is mandatory to register online for an activity, even if it is free.<\/p>\n<p>*Please note that <strong>using a computer is recommended for online registration on the Acc\u00e8sCit\u00e9Loisirs platform<\/strong>, as its format is less suitable for tablets and cell phones. Procedures and a link to the <a href=\"https:\/\/mon.accescite.net\/46058\/en-ca\/Home\/Index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Acc\u00e8sCit\u00e9Loisirs<\/a> platform are also available at the library&#8217;s computer stations.  <\/p>\n<h3  id=\"PRSOCCLS\">\n\t\t\tE-mail or telephone support and general questions\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>For all questions or help, please contact:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sutton Municipal and School Library<\/strong>: Jacquelyne (Jakky) Foster at bibliotheque@sutton.ca or 450 538-5843<\/li>\n<li><strong>Day camp<\/strong>: \u00c8ve Rompr\u00e9, day camp coordinator at <a href=\"mailto:camp.lvc@sutton.ca\">camp.lvc@sutton.ca<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aquatic activities<\/strong>: R\u00e9gine Durocher, aquatic coordinator at <a href=\"mailto:piscine.lvc@sutton.ca\">piscine.lvc@sutton.ca<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tCancellation Policy and Applicable Fees\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>In the event of a cancellation of registration for a municipal activity, the Town of Sutton&#8217;s cancellation policy applies.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\tSee the Cancellation Policy \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<button type=\"button\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-0\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-0\"><i>Expand<\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Cancellation Policy and Applicable Fees<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of a cancellation of registration for a municipal activity, the Town of Sutton will apply the terms set out in By-law 349 establishing the fee schedule for funding certain goods, services or activities of the Town for the year 2026:<\/p>\n<h4>Chapter IV &#8211; Recreation, Community Life and Culture Department | Section VIII &#8211; Refund Terms<\/h4>\n<p>ARTICLE 80 &#8211; The following terms and conditions, plus administrative fees, are applied when requesting reimbursement under sections I to III of this chapter and article 76:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation more than one (1) week before the start of the activity or (for Sections II and III) before the start of the season, or with written proof from a doctor for medical reasons: 100% refund<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation one (1) week or less before the start of the activity or (for Sections II and III) before the start of the season: 50% refund<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation after the start of the activity or (for sections II and III) the season: 0% refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>CHAPTER VII Other Terms<\/h4>\n<p>When mentioned in this by-law, or in any other municipal by-law, the applicable administrative fees represent 15% of the total cost of the stated fees or rates.<\/p>\n<p>GST and QST are added where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>Fee charged when a cheque or other payment order is submitted to the Town and is refused by the drawee due to insufficient funds: $55<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Please note: no refunds will be issued for cancellation of a class due to weather or any situation beyond the Town&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tInformation \t<\/h2>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Registration Support for Aquatic Activities For assistance during the aquatic activities registration period, please call 450-538-2290, option 0, starting Wednesday, April 29, at 1:30 p.m., and leave your contact information: we will call you back as soon as possible in the order in which calls are received.
