The 25th edition of the Journ\u00e9es de la culture will take place on September 24, 25 and 26 with thousands of free cultural activities throughout Quebec. Two of Sutton’s cultural organizations have decided to highlight this event by offering a free activity.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The wearing of a mask and proof of vaccination will be mandatory for those 13 years and older. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limited seats, reservation required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 24TH<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Museum of Communications and History of Sutton will present a Nocturne with Monique Leyrac. During a candlelight tour, visitors will discover or rediscover in a special atmosphere the current exhibition dedicated to this Quebec singer and actress Monique Leyrac, c’est ici que je veux vivre! They will be specially welcomed and guided by the exhibition’s designers, Richard Leclerc and Sophie Gironnay, Ms. Leyrac’s daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two presentations are planned: the first from 7:00 to 8:30\u00a0p.m. and the second from 9:00 to 10:30\u00a0p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e9ritage Sutton Historical Society will offer an invitation to travel back in time with an unpublished account of Life on<\/strong> the Farm<\/strong>, told by storyteller Claude Hamel. She will make her audience live the anecdotes of the days spent on a farm in Sutton in the last century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
