The next Town Council meeting on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 will be held in person at Town Hall.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Limited seating<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, the public will be limited to 25 people* because current health regulations require that elected officials and Town staff maintain a distance of 2 metres from each other while the public must maintain a distance of 1 metre. Until these rules are relaxed, the configuration of the council hall unfortunately does not allow us to accommodate more people at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservation required<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, we ask that citizens who wish to attend the next meeting reserve their seats in advance by email at communications@sutton.ca<\/strong><\/a>, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viewing on YouTube<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting will be recorded and streamed on the Town’s YouTube channel<\/a><\/strong> in the S\u00e9ances du conseil municipal section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questions to Council<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Citizens wishing to send written questions to Council should send them by e-mail to ville@sutton.ca<\/a><\/strong> by 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 2. Those present at the meeting will be able to ask their question in person at the microphone on the evening of the meeting during the reserved time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
