With the snow finally arriving, it’s the perfect weekend to get your family or individual snow sculpting underway! You have until February 8th to participate in our contest that will reward the winners of the Amateur and Expert categories: prizes will be awarded on February 18th, such as a pair of ski tickets at Mont Sutton or a gift certificate at a local merchant!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Terms of the snow sculpture contest<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Children and adults, experts and amateurs are invited to participate<\/strong> in our contest<\/a>. They have the chance to win different prizes. The deadline for entries has been extended to February 8.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does the contest work? It’s easy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Make a snow sculpture and take a picture of yourself with it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Fill out the form by clicking here<\/a>. Deadline to enter: February 8, 2023, at 4:30 p.m.<\/u><\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. From February 10 to 15, 2023, photos of snow sculptures received will be voted on by the public on the Town’s social media networks <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. On February 18, 2023, the winners will be announced publicly at the event and on social media.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Save the date of Saturday, February 18 for Winter Fun!<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Initially scheduled on February 4th, the Winter Pleasures event has been postponed to February 18th, to give us the chance to offer you all the activities that were planned and that depend on the snow and the cold, as well as the long-awaited opening of the skating rink and the ice trail!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Winter Pleasures is an event organized by the Town of Sutton, in collaboration with the Corporation de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique de Sutton. It offers to citizens of all ages and particularly families, all day long at the Goyette-Hill park, a festive atmosphere outdoors. Program: music, hot beverages, free winter activities and beautiful fireworks at the end of the day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
