What <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/version\/cs\/e-2.2?code=se:557&amp;history=20230425\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the law<\/a> required was the official filing of <a href=\"https:\/\/sutton.ca\/staging\/en\/results-of-the-register-held-on-the-vieux-verger-borrowing-by-law\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the result of the registry<\/a>, which was done.
