The Sutton Municipal and School Library is offering three scientific activities on electrical circuits, robotics, solar energy and recycling materials!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Build a light-up bracelet on February 9, 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Just in time for Valentine’s Day<\/strong>, come and make light-up friendship bracelets<\/strong>.
<\/i> You’ll learn the basics of electrical circuits and be able to customize your own bracelet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date: Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.<\/strong>
For children aged<\/strong> 4 to 9, accompanied by their parents<\/strong>.
Residents and homeowners: free | Non-residents: $10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity will be led by a bilingual person who speaks English and French.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Build a solar robot on March 22, 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the arrival of spring<\/strong>, the days are getting longer and the sun <\/strong>is shining more and more! Come and build an explorer robot powered by the sun’s rays<\/strong>! 
<\/i> You’ll assemble the mechanics of the motor and connect the wires, batteries and solar panel that will power your robot explorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create homemade paper on April 13, 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

April 22 is Earth Day<\/strong>! Come and take part in an eco-friendly activity and make your own handmade paper<\/strong>!
<\/i> Discover the world of paper and make your own personalized paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Date: Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.<\/strong>
For children aged 6 to 12<\/strong>.
Residents and homeowners: free | Non-residents: $10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity will be offered in French only.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration opens on Monday, January 6, at 1 p.m. on the online platform Acc\u00e8sCit\u00e9 Loisirs<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you or a family member have registered<\/strong> for an aquatic activity or day camp since 2023<\/strong>, you must use the same account to register for an activity at the Library in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are not registered<\/strong>, you must create an account on the platform. Your account will be approved within 72 working hours of its creation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
