Registration is still open for day camp and aquatic activities. Some groups are full, but there are still places in others to register yourself or your child for municipal activities this summer! Day camp information<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Registration is open to 4-year-olds who have completed one year of kindergarten. As always, we welcome children up to the age of 12. Some groups are full, but there is still room in others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One outing or special activity per week is planned, as well as nature discovery activities in collaboration with the Parc d’environnement naturel de Sutton (PENS) every week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The day camp will be held again at Goyette-Hill Park <\/strong>for the 2025 season, <\/strong>from June 25 to August 15, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The schedule is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., <\/strong>with the option of registering your child for daycare from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. <\/strong>and\/or from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEW<\/strong>: The procedure for registering a child for swimming lessons during day camp is changing this year. The child must be registered for 6 weeks or more at the day camp <\/strong>, and additional fees will apply. An e-mail will be systematically sent to parents of eligible children once they have registered for day camp. For more details, contact Sara Girard, aquatic coordinator, by e-mail at piscine.lvc@sutton.ca<\/a><\/mark>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Support program for children with special needs<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The accompaniment program is available for children with special needs, with a view to their integration and inclusion in the regular programming of the municipal day camp. Priority is given to resident children with special needs who require integration support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you think you might need this service, write to us at camp.lvc@sutton.ca<\/a> before April 7. We will contact you to assess your child’s needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information for aquatic activities<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Registration for aquatic activities at the municipal pool is now open. Some groups are full, but there is still room in others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Children’s swimming lessons will be offered in the morning. There will be preschool, parent-child and swimmer classes for children up to age 12. The intensive course option, which consists in reaching a level in 2 weeks at a rate of 4 lessons per week, will also be available this year! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aquatic activities for adults will be offered in the morning and at lunchtime. Several aquafitness, aquajogging and aquaHITT time slots for adults will also be offered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Register and pay online!<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since 2023, registration has been online via the Acc\u00e8sCit\u00e9 Loisirs (ACL)<\/strong><\/a> for aquatic activities and day camp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Important!<\/strong>
If you or a family member have already registered<\/strong> for an aquatic activity or day camp since 2023<\/strong>, you must use the same account<\/strong> to register for an activity in 2025.
If you are not registered<\/strong>, it is essential to create your account on the platform at least 72 hours<\/u> <\/strong>registration opens. Your account will be approved within 72 working hours of its creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account creation support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In-person support<\/strong>
If you need help setting up your account, you can visit the Sutton Public and School Library on Tuesday evenings between 6:30 and 8:30 pm. An on-site volunteer is available to provide computer support. Procedures and the link to the account creation platform are also available at the computer stations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
