During this phase, driveways will be inaccessible for a short period (approximately three hours) to allow the paving layer to cool. Residents will receive a door-to-door notice the day before the work begins, giving them the precise date so that they can move their cars if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Restrictions:<\/strong>&nbsp;Local traffic only on Western Street North. Detour via Pleasant St. (Route 215), Academy St., Principale Nord, Woodard Rd. or Lefebvre Rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Park users will be able to enter via the cycle path.
