Swearing-in of the members of the new municipal council
This week, the returning officer, Me Geneviève Bonnichon, swore in the members of the new municipal council, elected for a four-year term. It was a solemn occasion, marking their official inauguration and the importance of the commitment they have made to the electorate.
Mayor Robert Benoît and councillors Marie-José Auclair, Carole Lebel, Elyse Boulanger, Daniel Martin, Alan Pavilanis and Frédéric Boucher took the following oath: “I declare under oath that I will perform my duties as councillor with honesty and justice, in accordance with the law and the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct for Elected Municipal Officers of the Town of Sutton. I undertake to comply with the rules of this code taht apply after the end of my term of office.”








The Town of Sutton and its entire administration would like to warmly congratulate
each of the council members on their election to the municipal council.
First meeting of the new Council
The next council meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19, at 7:30 p.m., in the Town Hall’s council room.
