A new portal for fully online permit and certificate applications

Since September 30, the Urban and Land-Use Planning Department has been offering a new service which, in both the short and long term, will speed up the process of issuing permits and certificates: this new portal processes applications exclusively online, facilitates file management and provides transparent monitoring of the various stages.

During an initial running-in period, only around a dozen permits and certificates are available on the portal. Other permits and certificates not yet available on the portal will gradually be integrated into the platform.

Thanks to this new, fast and user-friendly service, you can :
Submit a permit or certificate application online,
Attach all required documents,
Track the processing of your application in real time,
Pay the associated fees online.

Here is the list of permit or certificate applications currently available on the new portal:

  • Residential trees felling
  • Main Building Extension
  • Access Lane (Driveway)
  • Construction of an Accessory Building
  • Construction of a Main Building
  • Digging and Filling words (Soil Reworking)
  • Septic system
  • Housing Development (Lotissement, in French only)
  • Wells and Geothermal
  • Culvert (Driveway Entrance)
  • Main Building Renovation

Other applications

For applications that are not yet available on the new portal, or if you are unable to apply online, you can use the PDF forms to fill in according to the type of application, and submit your application by e-mail or on paper.
