REMINDER: Free tree distribution on Saturday, May 17 and family tree planting activity!
As announced, the Town of Sutton will be distributing some 400 free deciduous and coniferous tree seedlings to its residents on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. or until the lot is sold out. In addition, PENS invites you to its Family Tree Planting Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.!
Distribution of free trees
Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.: distribution will be carried out in the Town Hall parking lot by councillors who wish to take advantage of the opportunity to meet citizens.
If you are interested in this offer, please turn up on Saturday morning in front of the Town Hall and present proof of residence. A maximum of two plants per address and/or owner will be delivered (please bring a bag).
These trees are donated by the Ministère de la Forêt, de la Faune et des Parcs and the Association forestière du Sud du Québec as part of Tree and Forest Month.

Day family organized by PENS
As part of Tree and Forest Month, PENS invites you to come and plant trees with your family.
Saturday, May 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., join us for a family-friendly spring tree-planting day. You will round things off with a well-deserved ice cream treat at the end of the day!
The activity is free, and registration is required: PENS registration form.
