Volunteers needed at the Sutton Municipal and School Library!
Do you want to stay active, use your talents, meet new people and give back to your community? Come and be part of the Library's fantastic team of volunteers, and enjoy new experiences that will make a difference to people's lives.
For over 30 years, volunteerism has been and remains an essential force in the operation of the Sutton Municipal and School Library. It relies on the contribution of volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds, each with unique skills and experiences to offer.
A variety of tasks
Whether it is for one hour or several, every contribution is important and much appreciated. There are all kinds of ways to be of service as a volunteer at the Library, and the tasks are varied: shelving books, covering new books, labeling, participating in various committees, serving schoolchildren or the public at the circulation desk, helping with administrative tasks, and much more.
Volunteering at the Library gives you the opportunity to meet friendly people and even practice a second language, as we offer a bilingual environment in English and French.
If you are interested in joining our team, please contact Jakky Foster, Library Coordinator, who will be happy to help you find the right activity for you.
