Call for Portfolios from our Artists and Artisans!

The Town of Sutton is launching a call for portfolios from professional artists and artisans residing in Sutton or a municipality within the Brome-Missisquoi RCM, to build a directory.

Visuel appel dossier artistes

This directory will allow us to better understand local talents, highlight the artistic richness of our community, and foster collaboration between the Town and artists and artisans for upcoming cultural projects.

This initiative is part of the Town of Sutton’s Cultural Policy and, more specifically, its 2025-2027 Action Plan, by addressing the following actions:

  • 2.3.1: promote the visibility of artists and artisans and their creations;
  • 2.3.3: promote existing resources offered to local artists and recognized cultural organizations.

Visual arts, performing arts, literature, circus arts, craft arts, music, etc.

We invite artists and artisans, regardless of their discipline, to submit their portfolio.

Adding their profile to our directory will allow us to encourage partnership opportunities and to target certain artists and artisans when we plan to implement specific artistic or cultural projects.

The Town is therefore inviting regional artists to submit their portfolio starting August 22 (no deadline).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this directory of professional artists and artisans, the person must:
