Home Renovations Needed? The RénoRégion Program might be Able to Help You!
The RénoRégion Program aims to financially assist low or moderate income owner-occupiers in carrying out work to correct major defects in their residence.
The Brome-Missisquoi RCM is mandated by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) to manage the home improvement programs applicable to its territory. Through this mandate, it has financial assistance of $86,700 to support low- or moderate-income owner-occupiers within the framework of the RénoRégion Program.
The financial year for this program is from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Amount allocated:
This program offers support for work of $3,500 or more aimed at correcting major defects in your primary residence.
To be eligible:
- Your property (excluding land) is valued at $150,000 or less (standardized value 2024);
- You are an owner-occupier;
- You have a low family income;
- And other criteria defined by the SHQ.
