What if simply feeling good about your body, getting together in a small group and laughing together were enough to build a sense of inner security?

This is what Maud proposes to explore in this workshop, through gentle stretching exercises for the body and warm-up exercises for the voice. Funny and inviting role-playing scenarios will help create the group dynamic in simplicity and humor, on the theme of : “I love myself!”. Laughter yoga exercises will allow you to experience the full richness of this approach.

Maud Japhet is a former nurse with a passion for practices that support physical, emotional and psychological health. With a sense of humor and sensitivity, she leads dynamic, participatory workshops geared towards self-love and self-esteem, and heart-body-spirit balance.

NOTE: You will need to bring an exercise mat and a blanket for the relaxation period.
