Application for recognition and support for organization

The Recognition and Support Policy for Organizations defines the eligibility and categorization criteria for organizations. Consult it here before filling out the application form.

In order for your recognition application to be eligible for analysis, you must complete and submit the recognition application form, along with all the requested documents.

Please note that all information and contact details submitted for the recognition process will be used by the Recreation, Community Life and Culture Department for the purposes of recognizing and supporting NPOs.

It is not possible to save this form online while you are filling it out. We recommend copying your text into a Word document to avoid any data loss.

Recognition application form

IMPORTANT : The file naming rules established for the Web must be followed:
