Community Hall Reservations
Municipal Community Halls
The Town of Sutton has various facilities to host association, community, cultural, recreational, sports, or social activities for the Sutton community. Conditions apply: to learn more about reservation procedures, please consult the Facility Rental Policy (in French only).
To submit a room reservation request, please complete the online form at least 10 business days before the date of the event:
Sutton School Gymnasium

• Elementary School Gymnasium;
• Amenities: locker rooms, restrooms, stage.
Town Hall Community Room (Glen Sutton room)
Marie-Claude Plasse
- Room located on the 1st floor of the Town Hall;
- Amenities: checkroom, sink, large mirror, tables and chairs, washrooms;
- Main Entrance: through the exterior door located on the left side of the building (ramp for persons with reduced mobility), then use stairs or elevator to reach the 1st floor;
- Size: 986 sq. ft. or 91 m².
Town Hall Council Room
Marie-Claude Plasse
- Room located on the ground floor of the Town Hall;
- Entrance door: direct access from outside, at the front of the building, on the right;
- Amenities: checkroom, washrooms, tables and chairs;
- Dimensions: 1,218 sq. ft. or 108 sq. m.;
Other Community Halls
Various Sutton organizations offer community halls for rent.
Interested individuals must contact the respective organization directly.
Glen Sutton Historic Church Hall
Gen’viève Grenier
The concert society Vivarté is a cultural organization recognized by the Town that holds music concerts as well as various cultural events. The building can accommodate 125 seated guests and 149 standing, and also features a kitchenette and offers Wi-Fi.
Grace Anglican Church’s Community Hall

Grace Church offers a community hall, a small meeting room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Chairs, tables, and parking are included with the rental.
Royal Canadian Legion
The Royal Canadian Legion offers a community hall and a fully equipped kitchen (with or without bar service). Chairs, tables, and parking are included with the rental.
Sutton Curling Club
Club de Curling Sutton
The Sutton Curling Club, founded in 1948, features two curling sheets for playing the sport, along with a reception hall and bar that can accommodate groups of 10 to 100 people. You can become a member of the club to play in regular leagues and enjoy a variety of member benefits. The hall and ice sheets are also available for rental for parties or gatherings with friends.
Sutton Junction Community Hall
The Sutton Junction Community Hall is managed by a volunteer committee. The hall can accommodate up to 100 people and features a full kitchen and Wi-Fi. It is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
