April 15: deadline for removing winter shelters

We remind you that you have until April 15 to remove temporary winter shelters.
Reminder of the definition of a temporary winter shelter:
A dismountable structure, with a metal or wooden frame, covered with canvas or non-rigid materials, used for parking no more than two (2) vehicles or to cover balconies, galleries and their accesses, during the winter season.
IMPORTANT: This type of shelter cannot be used for storage.
Reminder of specific provisions for temporary winter shelters, as set out in Zoning By-law number115-2 Chapter 2, section 8, article 8.3 (page 83):
- Only one (1) temporary winter carport is authorized per main building;
- In the case of multi-family dwellings, one (1) temporary winter carport is authorized per four (4) dwellings;
- The maximum surface area for temporary winter carports is fifty (50) square metres;
- Temporary winter shelter is authorized from October 15 to April 15;
