The eight Draft By-Laws (all in French) are now online on the Dream Sutton website (see purple section: Documents) and we are also listing them below:

A paper copy of the eight Draft By-Laws is available for public consultation at the reception desk of the Town Hall and at the Municipal and School Library during opening hours.
