Day camp and pool activities come to an end this week!

The Town of Sutton would like to extend its warmest thanks to the teams of camp counsellors and lifeguards who provided day camp services and aquatic activities at the municipal pool throughout the summer at Goyette-Hill Park. 

Thanks to them, and in conjunction with the Recreation, Community Life and Culture Department, we were able to welcome a total of 72 children to day camp and no fewer than 69 children and 59 adults to aquatic activities.

The last day of camp was Thursday, August 17. A big party was organized to wrap up a great summer at Goyette-Hill Park! As for the pool, there’s still one weekend left: you’ll be able to enjoy it until Sunday, August 20!

We would like to congratulate every member of these two extraordinary management teams on their commitment, determination and positive attitude! They will be able to return to their studies or work with a well-deserved sense of accomplishment. Special thanks to Sara Girard, aquatic coordinator, and Makayla Foster, day camp coordinator, for all their excellent work.

We would also like to thank the children, parents and participants in general for their trust and enthusiastic participation!
