New stop signs!

This week, the Public Works and Fixed Assets Department installed new stops at six intersections in accordance with Schedule A of By-law 210-7-2020 (in  French only), which was adopted at the September 7 Council meeting to review and harmonize traffic signs in response to concerns expressed by our citizens.

Road users must now respect the new stops located at the following intersections:

  • Woodard/Royea corner: stops at all four corners
  • Woodard/Draper corner: three corner stop
  • Jackson/Rosenberry corner: four corner stop
  • Rosenberry/Mont Echo/Benoit corner: four corner stop
  • Judd/Jericho corner: stop at all three corners
  • Western/Pine corner: three corner stop

Please note that the temporary sign “Nouvelle signalisation” (New Sign) could not be added everywhere due to a shortage of stock and we apologize for that. But they will be added in the missing places as soon as possible next week.

Thank you for your vigilance and for respecting these new stops!
