Reminder: Hydro-Québec invites you to an Open House Event

Hydro-Québec is inviting Sutton residents to an Open House to discuss power outage issues and network interventions that will improve service quality:

19 Highland Street, Sutton

Please note that the average tour lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. You can arrive at any time before 8 pm.

Hydro-Québec’s experts will answer all your questions concerning:

  • Quality of the electrical power service;
  • Network performance monitoring;
  • Distribution and transmission networks’ operation;
  • Breakdown response process;
  • Interventions on vegetation;
  • Maintenance activities;
  • How to communicate with Hydro-Québec.

Since last December, Hydro-Québec and the Town of Sutton have been regularly communicating on the status of the power grid, outages and measures to be taken to remedy the situation.
