Quebecers celebrate their National Day on June 24.

Before it was officially designated as fête nationale du Quebec on June 8, 1978, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day was the holiday of the Canadian Francophonie, and it continues to be celebrated in many Francophone communities across Canada. It is a statutory holiday in Quebec only. (Source: OQLF)
