A bike chiseling service offered this Saturday by the Sûreté du Québec cadets

You can have your bike chiseled this Saturday August 14, starting at 2 p.m. at the kiosk that the two Sûreté du Québec cadets, Emmy Turcotte and Jérémy Lambert, will hold on the side of the Cinetik boutique, on Principale Street North in Sutton.

You may have come across these two Sûreté du Québec cadets in Sutton this summer—not to be confused with our two municipal cadets. They will soon complete their first contract with the SQ after having criss-crossed the territory of the MRC, by bicycle, on foot and by car, at a rate of 5 days per week, from June 11 to August 14. They will then continue every weekend until September 25, before resuming their studies to become police officers. They were present in Sutton at least once a week, where they carried out prevention and bylaw awareness missions with the population. They wanted to conclude their internship with this bike chiseling initiative, because they were able to see that Sutton was home to a lot of cyclists!

The Mayor of Sutton thanked cadets Turcotte and Lambert on behalf of the Town for their excellent service.
