Draft Urban By-Laws: pre-consultation procedure open until June 18
In preparation for the public consultation meeting scheduled for June 25, Sutton residents have the opportunity to take advantage of a pre-consultation period offered by the Town to ask questions on specific points and submit comments or suggestions.
As announced in the May 29 edition of our newsletter, the Town of Sutton adopted eight Draft Urban By-Laws at its special council meeting on May 27, to implement the vision of the new Urban Plan adopted in October 2025.

- All documents are available online on the Dream Sutton website.
- Two printed copies are available for public consultation at the reception desk of the Town Hall and at the Municipal and School Library, during opening hours.
- Two large zoning maps have also been posted in the reception area of the Town Hall, so you can see which zone you’re in.
