Leaf collection on October 27

Fall leaf collection will take place door-to-door on Friday, October 27, 2023.

Here are the instructions for that day:

Put your bags in plain sight by the roadside before 7 a.m.

Use PAPER BAGS ONLY.

Do NOT use any ADHESIVE TAPE.

Please note! Plastic or taped bags will not be collected.

Apart from occasional door-to-door collection, here are 3 other options for disposing of your fallen leaves:

  1. MAKE LEAFCYCLING A PRIORITY. It’s a good natural fertilizer, and it’s easy: just leave the dead leaves on the ground after shredding them with your lawnmower;
  2. Place them in your BROWN BIN;
  3. Bring them to the Cowansville’s ECOCENTRE, open year-round:
