REMINDER TO SUTTON ORGANIZATIONS: register your volunteer of the year by March 22!

Volunteer Recognition Evening hosted by the Town on April 22, 2022

The Volunteer Recognition Evening, suspended since 2020, is finally coming back in 2022: it will take place on April 22, as part of National Volunteer Week, which will held throughout Canada from April 24 to 30, 2022, to celebrate the valuable contribution of volunteers for the well-being of our society.

The Town of Sutton will organize a festive evening during which it will pay special tribute to the volunteers who have distinguished themselves throughout our organizations and the many activities offered in Sutton. An award will be given in each of the following categories:

  • Culture
  • Recreation and Sports
  • Community life
  • Emerging: This is awarded to a volunteer of 30 years old or less

Submit a nomination

The organizations recognized by the Town of Sutton are invited to individually submit the candidacy of a volunteer of their choice, using the form below, before March 22, 2022 at 4:30 pm.

A selection committee will choose the volunteers who will be awarded during the evening. More information will be provided at a later date.
