Volunteers in the spotlight

The immense contribution of volunteers to the well-being of our society, and locally of our municipality, is obvious to everyone. Volunteers devote an often very important part of their time to help others, to advance a project or to enable an organization to function. Three initiatives are announced to highlight their dedication.

“Looking for extraordinary volunteers”

The Brome-Missisquoi MP and Minister Isabelle Charest wishes to pay tribute to a few volunteers who give their precious time to community organizations in the riding. She invites citizens and organizations to submit the candidacy of an extraordinary volunteer. Those selected will receive a gift basket containing local products. To submit a nomination, you can email [email protected] by November 29, 2021. Selected volunteers will be announced on the heels of International Volunteer Day on December 5, 2021.
