Closed-door December 20th public meeting
The public session on Monday, December 20, 2021 to hear oral presentations from citizens on urban planning issues will be held in closed session: the public will not be allowed, as previously planned, due to the tightening of sanitary measures.
However, you will be able to hear every intervention as the session will be recorded and replayed on our YouTube channel.
Registered participants who have received an invitation to attend the meeting will be asked to arrive at the time indicated and to respect the 15-minute time limit.
Due to the fact that the Town received too many applications for the time available, a second public session is scheduled for Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the same time slots of 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., to hear from those who were not able to be received on December 20, 2021. New registrations may be added and must be done online in the same manner as for the December 20 session, by filling out the form below before January 10, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. We remind you to present only subjects related to our municipal planning by-laws.
