IHR Telecom has just launched a new In Deployment web page that gathers all the details of the projects in deployment and allows to check the availability of the service by address.

Brome-Missisquoi residents can now find out, by searching by address on the membership form or by contacting Customer Service, whether their address is planned for the Éclair II project with IHR Télécom. They can also see what stage of deployment their address is in via the deployment calendar.
They can also continue to follow the progress of the connection of addresses that are under construction via the Connect to Innovate project.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: It is imperative that citizens contact IHR Telecom in advance to express their interest in obtaining their services in order to be considered in the installation schedule.

If you wish to benefit from fiber optics when it becomes available, you must first contact IHR Customer Service by phone at 450-346-0057 or 1-888-346-0057, or complete the online registration form at https://ihrtelecom.com/inscription/. Once the signal is confirmed at the requested address, the resident will be contacted to arrange an installation date.
