The First Responder Service needs you!

The First Responder Service is committed to providing a 24-hour service to respond to medical emergencies for all citizens of Sutton, Abercorn and Brome. However, we have a critical shortage of personnel to cover all schedules and needs. This is why we are recruiting and calling on your sense of commitment and your desire to help maintain local services that affect the health of all.

Citizens serving citizens

Our service is made up of volunteers from the region (an attendance bonus is paid) and we form a great team recognized for its professionalism, efficiency and dedication. We respond to an average of 365 calls per year, not necessarily every day, but we must be ready to mobilize at any time. Give us a few hours of your time to make a difference in the lives of many people!

We offer training to candidates: we currently have one spot available for the PR3 course (60 hours) in September and will be adding more courses in the fall as we recruit. Some requirements apply. Please send your resume and cover letter to [email protected].

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN SERVED BY OUR FIRST RESPONDERS, we would like to hear from you.  Please send your comments and suggestions to [email protected].

Thank you for your support!
