Sports Organizations
Badminton
Friendly badminton matches of all skill levels take place every Monday at 6 p.m to 7 p.m. (15 years old and less) and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (16 years old and more), from early September to late December and from mid-January to the end of April. Registration required.
Ball Hockey
Ball hockey games for men and women over 14 years of age are usually held from September to December and January to April. Hockey stick and goggles are mandatory. Registration is required.
Centres Shaolin Wuji
The Shaolin Wuji Center is a nonprofit organization with the mission of transmitting the teaching and values of traditional Chinese martial arts by guiding practitioners to establish their foundations of health, well-being and peace so that they can be a Catalyst through The Elevation Of Their Physical, Energetic And Spiritual Qualities.
Coop Gym Santé Sutton
Fitness centre with specialized trainers and a complete set of training equipment for everyone who wants to stay healthy and have fun at the same time. Our coaches take the time to evaluate your needs and fitness level, and to draw up a program that will help you achieve your goals.

Pickleball

Softball
The softball field is lit at night from May to August. Softball leagues for children ages 3 – 18 and for adults. Organized by a volunteer committee.
Sutton Curling Club
The Sutton Curling Club, founded in 1948, has two curling rinks, as well as a reception hall and bar that can accommodate groups of 10 – 100 people. Anyone can join the club, play in regular leagues and enjoy the many benefits of being a member. The reception hall and curling rinks can also be rented for an event or gathering of friends.
Sutton Cycle Club
The Sutton Cycle Club was formed by people living in the Townships who love biking, staying healthy, friendly get-togethers and eating out. Its mission is to offer both permanent residents and weekenders an organized way to gather and head out on great bike rides tailored to individual preferences, skill levels and endurance, under the guidance of experienced coaches.
Sutton Soccer
Recreational soccer for children ages 5 – 17. Intermunicipal for children ages 8 – 17. Practices are held at Goyette-Hill Park on Mondays and Thursdays, 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Parc d’environnement naturel de Sutton (P.E.N.S.) – Sutton’s Mountain Hiking Trails
The P.E.N.S. is a non-profit organization that has been working since 1979 to protect and enhance the natural environment of Sutton. Mainly financed by its members and users, it manages a network of 52 km of public trails on private land between the Sutton valley and the neighbouring Appalachian peaks, as well as a day camp in the forest, and nature education activities targeting the region’s schools.
