Brome-Missisquoi MRC’s public transit service

The Town of Sutton would like to remind its citizens that a public transit service is offered by the Brome-Missisquoi MRC to get around the region, every day of the week, from Monday to Friday, by reservation only. The cost is $6 per single trip between two municipalities (free for children under five accompanied by an adult).

The routes are fixed and organized from or to Cowansville, then spread out to the municipalities served. In Sutton, for example, subject to confirmation of timetables at the time of booking, a minibus goes to Sutton at 8:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, to take you to Cowansville. From there, you can take another bus to another municipality, such as Bromont and exit 74.

Reservations must be made the day before noon for occasional trips and five working days before for regular trips. The minibus serving Sutton has ten seats. The pick-up and drop-off point is at the Couche-Tard gas station, at the corner of Principale Nord and Academy streets.

For more details and conditions, please consult the complete information on the Brome-Missisquoi MRC website: Brome-Missisquoi MRC public transit service.
