The Town of Sutton uses CITAM to send alerts to its citizens about an urgent situation.
For example, an alert may be sent to you for a water main break, a boil water advisory, a weather alert, a flood, an evacuation order, a major power outage or for road work causing an obstruction in a particular area.
Messages can be targeted by street or sent to the entire population, making it an extremely effective emergency communications tool.

We ask all Sutton residents, homeowners, tenants, merchants and businesses to register for this free service that allows us to reach you directly and very quickly in case of an emergency on your home phone, cell phone, SMS or by email, according to your choice.
It is very simple
Fill out the ONLINE FORM or, if you don’t have Internet access, call Town Hall where the receptionist will register your request.
Please note that the Town cannot automatically register its citizens, as the process must be voluntary and individual.
