Clarification on registrations for day camp and aquatic activities
Given the many changes in health measures, the Recreation and Community Life Department had to change the registration format. Even though the municipal calendar showed that both registrations for the day camp and aquatic activities were scheduled at the same time, we had to make changes because we do not have the official guidelines concerning group ratios for day camp and the uncertainty of aquatic activities.
Therefore, we believe it is relevant to clarify the following information.
For the day camp:
• The next registration will take place next Monday, April 19th, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall.
• Residents will be prioritized given that the places are limited;
• Non-residents will be added to a waiting list;
• Registrations are made exclusively in person, and only cash or check payments are accepted.
For aquatic activities:
• Registrations will take place in person on Monday, May 10th, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall;
• Registrations are made exclusively in person, and only cash or check payments are accepted.
We do not take reservations over the phone. If you can’t be present that day, we encourage you to ask someone to do the registration process for you.
We are aware that the current situation is unstable and makes it difficult to plan your summer activities.
We want to offer quality service to as many citizens as possible while staying equal and conscious about the health measures.
Thank you for your comprehension and cooperation.
