Great news for Mont Sutton and for the Town of Sutton!

The Minister of Tourism, Mrs. Caroline Proulx, today announced financial assistance from the Government of Quebec of nearly $ 1.8 million allocated to Mont Sutton. This amount will thus contribute to the new investments of $ 5 million planned by the organization from now to 2023 as part of its four-season mountain strategic development plan.

Mont Sutton notably plans the installation of a double Tyrolean traverse totaling 1400 m and, later, a bending Tyrolean traverse, a North American first.

This announcement is not only excellent news for Mont Sutton, its employees and its customers, but also for our municipality as a whole thanks to the undeniable economic and tourist benefits that these new developments will bring.
