Information to the organizations recognized by the Town of Sutton: new deadline to submit an application for financial support.

The organizations recognized by the Town of Sutton under the Community, Cultural, Recreational and Sports organizations Recognition and Support Policy may submit to the Town a request for financial support for a one-time project or activity to be carried out in 2024. The deadline is now January 8, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

During the September 6 meeting, the Council committed to a $20,000 envelope to finance one-time projects. To this amount will be added an indexation equivalent to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) on September 30, 2023.

Please note that only recognized organizations not currently receiving support for operations* may submit a project.

*The Municipal Council has committed to renewing, for 2024, the funding for operations adopted for 2022 and 2023. These amounts will also be indexed according to the CPI as of September 30, 2023 for 2024.
