Located in the Brome-Missisquoi MRC, in Estrie, the Town of Sutton is a charming municipality of over 4,500 permanent residents and 4,000 vacationers. What will you do?
Under the supervision of the coordinator, the incumbent will collect residual materials, recyclables and bulky items. Outside collection periods, the incumbent performs general maintenance, repair and improvement on municipal infrastructures. They may occasionally operate heavy machinery, such as graders, backhoes, wheel loaders or mechanical shovels.

Who are we looking for?
To fulfill the requirements of the position, you must:
- Hold a valid driver’s licence, minimum class 3 (class 3 manual type and/or a class 1, major additions);
- Have experience as a driver of a garbage truck;
- Experience as a heavy equipment driver (an asset);
- Experience in snow removal (an asset);
- Be able to work alone or in a team and have good organizational skills;
- Be available to work overtime;
- Ability to communicate with citizens, bilingualism French/English required;
- Show resourcefulness, autonomy and good judgment.
