Reservation required to attend December 6, Council meeting

Due to the large turnout at the last Council meeting, the Town is implementing an e-mail reservation to avoid unnecessary travel to the December 6, 2021 meeting as the capacity of the Council Room is limited to 30 people. 

Those wishing to attend the meeting on Monday, December 6, must then notify [email protected] by 3:00 p.m. on Monday, indicating the number of people in the same family bubble.

Reminder of current measures:

  • Doors open at 7 p.m.;
  • Public capacity limited to 30 people;
  • Masks must be worn at all times, except when speaking at the microphone;
  • Mandatory hand sanitization upon entry;
  • Obligation to remain seated;
  • No movement of people allowed during the session, except to go to the washroom or to the microphone during question periods.

Reminder to ask questions of the board at the meeting:

  • Either email them to [email protected] by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting;
  • or ask them in person at the microphone on the night of the meeting.

The entire council meeting will be filmed and broadcast on the Town of Sutton’s YouTube channel.
